Pigment Carmine Purple

Carmine Purple is a pigment preparation created by Ocres de France in 2019.

This pigment is synthetic* but is composed of 97 % of natural ingredients, without any danger for health or the environment

*Synthetic pigments are produced by thermal and/or chemical reaction between several materials.

Carmine Purple can be used : 

- in limewash paint :  up to 10% based on the weight of the binder

- for fine arts : grind finelyin a mortar before mixing with the binder. 

- in plaster & cement : up to 10% based on the weight of the binder

- in glaze & linseed oil
