CHARACTERISTICS:

Due to its material compostion and the warmth of pigments, it is possible to replicate the authenticity of traditional walls with limewash paints. 

Easily modify the colour of your exterior facade by applying directly to existing limewashed facades or by first applying a coat of SOFIX Primer. Transform your home without incurring the expense of significant renovation work.

BADISOF PLUS features a granular finish that is more textured than Badisof. When smoothed/ burnished with a finishing trowel, it achieves the appearance of exquisite Italian stucco, creating unique nuances.
The untinted product is the colour of lime (off-white, light cream).

SOFIX is Primer Primer is an adhesion-bridging and primer-regulating product that must be applied before the limewash. The product is film-forming and lightly tinted with ochre to show where it has been applied.

 The All-in-One KIT contains:

1. Required primer (SOFIX) for specified surface area

2. Required paint (BADISOF PLUS) for 2 coats

3. Quantity of pigment needed to create selected colour 

4. Limewash brush for application

Example for Kit 1: 2,5kg Sofix + 5 kg Badisof Plus + pigment +1 limewash brush

APPLICATION:

Suitable Surfaces: drywall, plaster, stucco, painted/treated surfaces, masonry surfaces (stone, brick, concrete)

Apply SOFIX Primer with a limewash brush on a dry, clean, sound and free of dust smooth surface. 

Apply BADISOF PLUS Paint with a limewash brush on the primed surface. 2 coats needed.

For indoor applications, with the use of a trowel on a single thicker layer of Badisof Plus Paint, you can achieve a silky and discreetly nuanced finish, reminescent of Italian stuccos.

Kit 20m²: covers 20 m² |approx 200 sft

SOFIX Primer is slightly tinted with ochre. Only BADISOF PLUS Paint requires tinting.
